1. Do you deliver set-up and pickup? Yes we do deliver and pickup all products.
2. Do you provide extension cord for rental? Yes we do,we provide 100 ft long heavy duty cords.
3. Does your company have insurance? Yes we are fully Insured.
4. Do you require a deposit? No we do not, payment can be made on delivery day of your event.
5. Do blowers have to stay on all the time? Blowers have to stay on while inflatable is in use, there is a on-off switch on blower. As for water slides blower needs to stay on at all times, after event is over blower may be shut-off please make sure all water and pools are empty before water slide is deflated. Deflating water slides with water inside pool may result in a $100 removal charge.
6. Are your inflatables clean? All units get cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
7. Do you charge a delivery fee? We provide free delivery up to 70 miles.
8. Can we pay on delivery? Yes you can,we accept cash,visa,master card,and personal checks are accept.
9. When do you deliver and set-up? Between the hours of 7am through 12pm, our delivery driver will call you when they are on the way to your residence. For special accommodations please give us a call at 401-588-2033.
10. Do you set up on concrete? Yes we sit up all units on concrete. There will be a additional charges.
11.Do you deliver to cites not listed in your delivery area? Please gives us a call 401-588-2033 to see if we can make it happen.
12. What is the weather policy? Please give us a call 401-588-2033 24 hours before your party date if you would like to cancel. We do deliver in the rain just be advise once unit is set up in your yard full payment is due no refunds.
13. What kind of water supply will I need for my water slide or wet combo. All we need from you is a garden horse long enough to reach pool and water connection.
14. Can inflatables be set up indoors. Yes all inflatables can be set up indoors with the exception of water slides. If you are not sure a inflatable can fit give us a call 401-588-2033 and we will see what best fits in your venue.
